The Mission

A11N is a digital services company specializing in AI systems, platform modernization, and accessibility-first engineering. We are looking for a phone marketer to work under the direction of the head of sales. Your goal is simple: penetrate federal and state agencies, bypass the gatekeepers, and secure capability briefings with small business liaisons, contracting officers, and prime contractor partners.

Who We Are

A11N is a software and IT design and development firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. We specialize in AI systems development, enterprise software engineering, and digital accessibility services. Our work includes building custom AI agents and RAG integrations, architecting scalable cloud infrastructure, and modernizing legacy systems. As a WEPs signatory and MBE/SWAM-certified firm, we also perform WCAG and Section 508 compliance audits to ensure software and data pipelines are secure, integrated, and accessible to all users.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling and email sequences to government buyers and large primes.

  • Successfully schedule 30-minute introductory capability briefings between agency decision-makers and A11N leadership.

  • Utilize our lead gen tool to identify active procurement cycles, expiring contracts, and key points of contact.

  • Confidently discuss the A11N value proposition using industry lingua franca such as NAICS, UEI, and CAGE codes.

  • Maintain meticulous records of outreach and follow-ups in our CRM.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Prior experience working within or selling to government divisions with an understanding of federal procurement.

  • A hunter mentality with the persistence to navigate agency switchboards and handle rejection professionally.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to explain the importance of Section 508 compliance and AI fabric.

  • Proficiency with SAM.gov, USA Spending, or similar procurement databases.
